Every improvement you see in Lekki Phase 1, cleaner streets, safer roads, brighter lights & rules enforcement begins with residents doing their part. Whether you live in a zone or a zoneless area, your annual dues help fund the work that keeps our community thriving.
Lekki Phase 1 is divided into 11 zones for ease of administration. Each zone is managed by the zonal executive committee. The overall management of the scheme is under the leadership of the LERA executive committee.
Thank you for playing your part in building a cleaner, safer, and more organized Lekki Phase 1. Your annual dues power everything we do, from road repairs and sanitation to community security and advocacy.
All residents are to pay their estate dues to their respective zones promptly. The sum of ₦6,000 from each payment is automatically remitted to LERA.
Pay ₦60,000 per annum directly to LERA.
Pay directly to LERA as provided in the LERA Constitution.
